Cancellation & Returns
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail us.
THE GOODS RETURNED MUST BE IN AN UNUSED CONDITION IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

We recommend using a tracked or signed for service when returning goods to us.
You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense and at your own risk. We recommend using Royal Mail 2nd Class Sign For when returning goods to us. You should ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
We strongly advise that customers unpack and examine goods carefully before removing any labels or tags, and that they retain original packaging in case items need to be returned.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty or mis-described.
